The Founder's/Lifetime Achievement award is given on rare occasion to an exceptional leader who has fostered the advocacy of women and exemplified the mission of WithIt in the home and furnishing industries.

Presidents Award

The President's award is presented to a WithIt member who has made significant contributions to the building of WithIt and the fulfillment of its mission.

Legacy Award/Lifetime Achievement

The Legacy Award is presented to a woman of achievement who has made significant lifetime contributions to the home and furnishings industries.

Education Award

The Education award is presented to an executive or company which has developed programs to educate associates, retailers or consumers about home furnishings.

Mentoring Award

The Mentoring award is presented to an executive or organization that has fostered advocacy, development or promotion of women in their company.

Leadership Award

The Leadership award is presented to a woman over 40 who has demonstrated successful leadership in her company, in WithIt, and in the home furnishings industry.

Future Leader Award

The Future Leader award is presented to a woman under 40 who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and the potential to become an industry leader.
