OUR ORGANIZATION does business as a 501C corporation governed by a Board of Directors responsible for setting the organization's philosophical, legal and financial goals. An executive director manages the day-to-day programs and services for members and the organization. A Board of Governors of highly respected industry leaders acts as an advisory board. Memberships and sponsorships from corporations, foundations and individuals finance WithIt programs, services and operations.
OUR VISION for the next five years is to continue to grow and develop a strong organization that will offer ongoing educational opportunities for the home and furnishings industries. An aggressive plan is in place to set the standards to carry out our mission which simply put is to LEARN, GROW, LEAD AND ENCOURAGE.
OUR NEED is for industry support in resources and annual funding from manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and other industry partners in order to provide valuable programs, information and services.
